East Canyon Watershed Committee

The East Canyon Creek watershed is located in Morgan and Summit counties of Utah's Wasatch range. The exploding population of Park City and the Snyderville Basin has strained the watershed resource and its downstream evironment. The section of stream that was first crossed by Mormon settlers in 1847 was a blue-ribbon trout fishery just a decade ago.

The East Canyon Watershed Committee is a coalition of public and private concerns that have a vested interest in restoring the watershed to a healthy state. This site is provided as a public service to educate and inform those interested in the issues surrounding the East Canyon Creek Watershed.
